  1. Soak the rice for about 30mins. Take a pan and add ghee, add cinnamon, bay leaf, Cardamom, star anise and fry till you get aroma. Then add slited green chillies and slited onions. Wait untill onion caramelised..
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smell is no more. Then add tomatoes and all the dry masala mentioned including salt and close the lid. Cook untill tomatoes are mushy, then add the marinated prawns, mint and cilantro leaves..
  3. After adding prawns cook till prawn turns white and immediately add hot water. Once water is boiled add the rice and cook it open for 10mins untill you see rice is coming up. Then close the lid and cook on low flame for about 20mins. Yummy prawns biriyani ready..
  4. For fish fry, Mix all the ingredients together and make as paste. Apply the masala to the fish and marinate for 20-30mins minimum. Then shallow fry it on both sides on tawa..
