- For the pepper sauce: blend all the pepper and onion till it smooth.
- Boil the pepper till all the water therein are dried up.
- Heat up some oil and fry the garlic and some onion, then add the tomato puree and allow to cook for about 3 mins,them add in the blended pepper and seasoning to ur desired taste and your sauce is ready.
- The boil and fry ur turkey and transfer into a kitchen sieve.
