  1. Preheat oven to 180’C..
  2. Coat a 12 cup muffin pan with cooking spray. Set aside..
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and bake for 20 minutes in an oven dish..
  4. Heat the water in a pot on the stove..
  5. Rinse and drain the lentils..
  6. Add lentils to the water, bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes..
  7. Add the peas to the lentils and simmer for 10 minutes..
  8. Add more water if required..
  9. Flake the fish with a fork, remove any fish bones..
  10. Combine the tuna and fish..
  11. Mix the chilli, herbs, paprika, curry, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a small bowl..
  12. Drain the lentils and peas with cold water..
  13. Combine the fish, eggs, flour and herb mixture..
  14. Combine the fish mixture, lentils and peas..
  15. Divide mixture evenly among the muffin cups..
  16. Bake for 20 minutes..
  17. Let the fish-fins rest in the muffin pan for 5-10 minutes to set..
  18. Best served hot..
