- {Get 4 packs (50 g) of Glass Vermicelli Noodles.

- Boil some water and pour in the glass vermicelli to soften them for a 10-15 minutes. Set aside and start sautéing..
- Sauté onions, garlic and ginger..
- Add chicken thighs and cooked until brown and tender..
- Add the chopped and sliced celery and carrots. Cooked for a few minutes then add the glass noodles to the pan and lower the heat then stir gently and occasionally. Then add some ground black pepper..
- Finally, add the chopped cabbage and then the prawns and cooked together until colour has changed and it’s cooked. (myself, I used lettuce as I cooked whatever ingredients I have left in the fridge - waste not... - but really cabbage should be used)..
- Switch off heat and garnished with spring onions and stir gently. Set its aside for 10 minutes (so the noodles was soaked throughout and flavour all mixed)..
