- Season your assorted intestines with Maggi & salt, then boil for 15mins, add pkomo, stockfish & Dry fish. Allow to steam for 10mins..
- Add blended yellow pepper and crayfish to taste, add locusts beans. Add Palm oil(preferably little). Steam for about 2 - 3mins, then add Okoro. Steam for another 5minutes. Your Okoro soup is ready.
