Instructions to make Oha soup:
- Wash and season the meats, boil till water dried up, next pour in the palm fruit exact in the pot of meats, add the stock fish head and allowed to really cook till the meat and getting tender nd the soup, please add salt, allow to cook till oil starts form on top..add the pomo....
- Add the fish, periwinkles,nd allow to cook for another 8mins or max 10mins, if not thick, add the archi, stir...allow to boil...
- Add the pounded crayfish and pounded pepper, stir....add the Uzuzia leave...cook for 3 mins add the Oha leave and stir....
- Crumble the season cubes over, if you like you add a pich of black pepper for that special aroma and flavour....give it a good stir and remove soup from heat....
- Dish into your soup bowl and enjoy with your preferred swallow.
