- Take another pan and heat oil in it. Saute cumin and chopped onion in the pan until brown..
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till oil seperates..
- Add the cumin powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder and kasuri methi. Mix it thoroughly..
- Mix curd in it and cook till oil seperates. Then mix fried fish with it and can mix little water if reqire..
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes in low flame. Remove from flame after a thick gravy and fish nicely coated with gravy masala..
