- Rosti: Take all the ingredients (except butter) of Rosti in a bowl, give it a well mix. Make small patties and shallow fry in tawa using butter till brown crispy texture..
- Greens: Take a bowl put arugula, seasoning, cherry tomatoes, caramelized onions and salad oil, give a nice mix with light hands..
- Assemble: Place Rosti in the center of plate, put greens on top followed by Grilled fish. Pour the Awadhi Creamy Potato around the Rosti and drizzle olive oil on the sides of creamy sauce. Garnish with micro greens..
