- Peel the yam back and cut into small portions then wash yam and place inside a pot with water enough to cover the base of the yam and cover pot; allow it cook till it’s almost tender.
- Wash onions and pepper then dice and set aside, wash dry fish thoroughly and set aside.
- Once the yam is almost tender add dried fish fish and cover the pot for about 4 minutes.
- Add onions, fresh pepper, salt, crayfish, knorr cube and then palm oil, Dont stir just cover for 3minutes.
- After 3 minutes, stir everything and serve.
