- Blend the scotch bonnet with red bell pepper after washing and set aside.
- Cut the vegies and set aside peel the yam and cut them into medium sized chunks and set aside.
- Heat the onions with palm oil for two minutes and add our blended peppers and fry for 8-10 minutes.
- Add some water and allow to boil then add up the spices,smoked fish afterward add the yam and allow to cook.
- Add the spinach and allow to shimmer for two minutes and serve.
