  2. Mix together besan, tamarind pulp, ginger-garlic paste and mix well. Add all dry ingredients and form a lump free paste..
  3. Apply the prepared paste on fish pieces and coat it well. Leave it marinating for minimum one hour..
  4. In a frying pan shallow fry them in medium heat on both the sides until they are crispy. While frying add few curry leaves, that will add to the flavours..
