  4. Bring the stock to a boil. Add crayfish and groundnuts and leave to boil.
  5. Add the peppers, onions and cabbage (add carrots too if you added it to your vegetables).
  6. Pour in your washed Acha (I bought mine already destoned and washed, so I only gave it a quick rinse). PS: Acha swells when cooked so just a little quantity will go a long way. Also, keep water handy so as to lighten the consistency if it gets too thick. Keep stirring from time to time to avoid it clumping together..
  7. Taste and adjust salt and seasoning where necessary. Cover and leave to cook for about 10minutes..
  8. Add the remaining vegetables: sorrel leaves and spring onions. Cover and leave to cook for some more minutes.
  9. Serve!.
