- Add crayfish, iru then stir and add palm oil; please note that the meat stock should be on the same level as the beef in the pot before you add your oil.
- Stir in the ogbono and stir continuously till its thoroughly mix then add okro; in this soup okro is serve as your vegetable. cook for about 3 minutes then turn off the heat and serve.
