Steps to make Grilled fish:
- At first wash the fish and together the ingredient.
- Then add all spices salt and malai in a bowl and mix then add corn flour and baisan.
- Then add 1/4cup of water in the batter and mix it well then add fish in it and marinate for 5 to 6 hours.... Then lit the coals then put the grill over it and then put the fish over the grill and brush oil over it and grill it for 10 to 15 min until it was done...
