- Once you have boield your saltfish place it in a large mixing bowl and break it up with your fingers add your chopped veg and 4 cups of flour then add a t spoon of bicarb and 2 cups of water mix with a wisk until its a sloppy texture add black pepper and paprika to taste.
- Heat oil in a frying pan then add a table spoon of the mix to the oil and wait once that side is browned turn them over untill golden brown on each side drain them on kitchen roll and serve as a side dish with mostly any dish or alone with a sweet chilli dip😉.
