  6. Slowly add the creamy milk, stirring constantly to make a white sauce.
  7. Add the leeks, lardons, frozen peas and fish into the white sauce and mix. Put mixture into oven proof dish.
  8. Cover with mashed potatoes and cook for 30min at 200oC.
